Founded in 2022 by veterans, BreakTurn specializes in easing the transition for military service members entering the civilian aviation industry. Recognizing that general military transition programs lack industry-specific expertise, BreakTurn was created to offer formal, specialized counseling and leverage the SkillBridge program. Their counselors are veterans currently working across the aviation industry, providing expert advice on career paths and connecting candidates with a nationwide network of SkillBridge partners.
