DPS Announces the 2025 DPS President’s Award Recipient: Jeannie Posehn

Delta Professional Services (DPS) is proud to announce that the recipient of the 2025 DPS President’s Award is Jeannie Posehn. This honor includes a presentation, custom crystal award, limited‑edition DPS pin, and 50,000 Unstoppable Together points, equivalent to a $500 cash value. The award recognizes a team member who consistently exceeds their normal duties and embodies the core values of DPS.
Jeannie has become an invaluable resource to the A320 NSLI cadre and to DPS as a whole. She consistently goes above and beyond in her support of instructors, offering technical expertise, thoughtful guidance, and a steady presence for those who seek her help. Whether assisting with curriculum questions, providing clarity on EFB issues, or helping instructors navigate challenges with struggling students, Jeannie approaches every interaction with patience, humility, and professionalism.
Her impact is widely recognized across the organization. Instructors frequently seek her out as the “go‑to” person for questions about DPS processes, lesson content, and A320 knowledge. Her willingness to help, no matter how many times she has answered the same question, demonstrates the spirit of service that defines DPS.
Beyond her daily responsibilities, Jeannie has stepped in to support the curriculum and compliance team, becoming a trusted partner to Delta training leaders and a valued resource for the entire NSLI group. Her dedication, collaborative nature, and commitment to excellence exemplify the DPS “Who” and the qualities this award is meant to honor.
“The President’s Award is our opportunity to recognize the people who elevate DPS through their dedication and character. This year, we honor someone whose impact is felt across every corner of our operation. Jeannie Posehn embodies what it means to serve with expertise, humility, and an unwavering commitment to others. Her influence is widely felt and it reflects the very best of who we are. Congratulations, Jeannie, and thank you for the remarkable standard you set for all of us.”
