What Our Instructors Say
Captain Rick Wetzel Fleet 737, 757/767 InstructorMy 40+ year Commercial Aviation (bulk of it as an instructor/evaluator and FAA Aircrew Program Designee) ended sadly at FAA mandatory retirement. I was able to continue my aviation career at Delta Professional Services (DPS) where I am now a Flight Simulator Instructor for the Premier Flight Training and Standards provider.
Nowhere in the Aviation Industry, especially FAR 121 is a Training Program even close to DPS. The instructor experience level is unparalleled; the vast majority were ‘somebodies’ in a multitude of the world’s largest and foremost Training Departments. Every Instructor is at DPS with the unique motivation to pass on decades of personal Aviation experiences and expertise out of sheer ‘devotion to the craft’. That’s a breadth of skill set not found anywhere else, except DPS.
Similarly, the Management and Support Staff is laser-focused on making DPS a great place to work. DPS ‘sets the bar’ on Training and ancillary support roles that’s unsurpassed; I am indeed fortunate to be a part of it!
